Will I have to pay duties or taxes when I receive my order?
All duties and taxes must be paid by the customer on delivery. You may be subject to taxes and/or duties for your order. Please consult your local customs broker for more information on duty and tax rates.

What happens if I am not available to accept an international shipment?
If you do not able to receive your shipment and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for all shipping and related charges to the shipment. Please make sure to have someone around to receive the shipment. It is costly and time consuming
Do you accept returns?
Your satisfaction is important. We accept returns and exchanges for 7 Days from receipt. The refund, exchange or return only applies to clients who notifies our Customer Service by phone +1 561 807 1969.You will be issued instructions on how to return the item. The item must be in its original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns, you must carefully package the product and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. WE reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
Buy metals using a credit card or debit card?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards for payment. They are convenient for paying for smaller orders. Please note there is an order limit when paying with a credit card. All credit card orders are reviewed on an order by order basis. In addition, we will only ship to the credit card billing address. We reserve the right to refuse any order deemed questionable or of risk. When shopping with a reputable online Precious Metals dealer, you have many options available for buying Gold and Silver bullion. Credit and debit cards provide a safe, simple and secure way to purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Once we have issued confirmation, all prices are locked-in. It is not our intention to enter into selling transactions, accepting the risks involved only to have them canceled. However, things happen where orders need to be canceled. Should you elect to cancel and/or offset your order, you must do so during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (ET) Monday – Thursday or 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (ET) Friday. All cancellations are subject to our Market Loss Policy plus a $35.00 (USD) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be approved over the telephone. At that time, if any market loss to us has occurred, it will be calculated and added to the $35.00 (USD) cancellation fee. If applicable, any cancellation fee and/or market loss will be charged to your credit card for the full amount due.
